The app can't connect to my qBittorrent server
Make sure the Web UI is enabled in qBittorrent settings and that your device is on the same network. Check the IP address, port, and credentials are correct.
Which qBittorrent versions are supported?
qBitRemote works with qBittorrent 4.1 and later versions that support the Web API v2.
Can I connect over the internet (not just local network)?
Yes. You need to configure port forwarding on your router or use a VPN/reverse proxy to expose your qBittorrent Web UI securely.
Is HTTPS supported?
Not currently. The app connects over HTTP only. Use a VPN or SSH tunnel if you need an encrypted connection to your server.
